The Aborean airdrop is designed to bootstrap onchain liquidity by rewarding users who have provided measurable value to the Abstract ecosystem. It targets wallets that exhibit organic, consistent, and constructive engagement.
The airdrop scoring algorithm is open source and reflects the protocol's commitment to transparency. Data is parsed from the Abstract blockchain, evaluating millions of eligible wallets across Ethereum and AGW.
Each user's score is computed using a weighted function applied to multiple behavioural and cryptographic metrics.
The airdrop has to be claimed in order to receive it and it will be maximum locked, this is done to ensure long-term engagement and growth.
Airdrop Allocation
Total Distribution: 200 million ABX tokens will be airdropped as veABX (permanently locked ABX)
65% Abstract Ecosystem (130M ABX): Allocated to users who have demonstrated engagement within the Abstract blockchain ecosystem, including platform participation, ecosystem token holdings, and constructive on-chain activity
3,360 eligible wallets total
35% Multi-Chain DeFi (70M ABX): Allocated to DeFi communities across other Layer 2 networks including Base, BNB Chain, and additional L2 ecosystems, fostering cross-chain collaboration and ecosystem growth
